2U is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to manage the strategy, execution, and performance of paid search marketing campaigns. The role focuses on generating leads across 2U’s global portfolio of degree, boot camp, and executive education programs. The Paid Search Specialist will be accountable for delivering lead volume and revenue within cost-per-acquisition and ROI targets.
Responsibilities Include: - Managing the strategy, execution, and performance of paid search marketing campaigns.
- Pacing to budget and delivering lead volume and revenue within targets.
- Developing hypotheses and executing A/B tests.
- Conducting root cause analysis and generating actionable plans.
- Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Building reports to monitor KPIs and communicate performance trends.
- Collaborating with program-specific marketing stakeholders.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Staying up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements: - 1-3 years experience in paid search media management.
- Direct hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience in Tableau a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrated data analysis abilities.
- Highly motivated to become an expert in digital marketing.
- Self-motivated learner and process-based thinker.
- Strong business writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
