Regional Sales Manager, Middle East

Disguise, a leader in creating software and hardware solutions for live and virtual experiences, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East. This role will be pivotal in expanding the company's presence and customer base in the region.

The Regional Sales Manager will report to the VP of Sales, EMEA, and will be based in Saudi Arabia. He will manage the full sales cycle, balancing new business development with existing account management.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the full sales cycle for the Middle East.
• Designing and implementing a strategic business development plan.
• Organising demos and technical support using the Solutions Design team.
• Processing quotes, orders, and invoices.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Producing accurate sales forecasts.
• Increasing brand awareness in key verticals.
• Working with partners to expand Disguise’s presence.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness.
• Leveraging knowledge of Saudi / Giga project ecosystems.
• Identifying emerging markets and competition status.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in direct, complex, solution-led selling.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of KSA and wider ME culture.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience in lead generation and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and data-driven decision making.
• Multi-lingual is a preference.
