Disguise is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East to manage the full sales cycle, balance outbound prospecting with account management, and leverage existing connections in the region. The role involves designing and implementing a strategic business development plan aligned with the company's 2025 strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle for the Middle East
  • Design and implement strategic business development plan
  • Organise demos and technical pre- and post-sales activity
  • Process quotes, orders, invoicing, and delivery of goods
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts
  • Increase brand awareness and market reach
  • Work with partner network
  • Work with marketing team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in direct, complex, solution-led selling
  • Commercially minded with achievement of targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of KSA and ME culture
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Experience in lead generation and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Multi-lingual a preference
