Staff / Principal Machine Learning Engineer - USA

Job Description

Inworld, a leading AI technology provider, is seeking a Staff or Principal Machine Learning Engineer. The successful candidate will research, design, and implement Machine Learning systems, contributing to generative AI products and agentic frameworks. They will work with modern AI stacks, including LLMs and diffusion-based synthesis models.

Responsibilities:

• Research and experiment with cutting-edge ML models and techniques.
• Develop production-scale infrastructure to train, evaluate, and serve ML models.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 6 years of experience in software development (Python or C++).
• 4 years of experience applying ML algorithms in NLP, speech processing, or action-planning.
• Fluency with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
