People Ops/HR Lead - USA

Inworld, a leading AI technology provider, is seeking a People Ops/HR Lead to build and manage its people and HR functions. The role involves creating and managing people programs, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employment law compliance. This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, California.In this role, the People Ops/HR Lead will:

• Develop and execute people operations strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead performance reviews and coach managers.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Drive seamless employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Design and maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance.

Requirements for the role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in People Operations.
• Knowledge of Federal, California, and local labor laws.
