The Data Operations Specialist will be crucial in optimizing processes, ensuring data quality, and driving automation efforts to support LeddarTech's AI-driven products.

What this role involves:

• Establishing and continuously improving data management workflows.
• Ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and consistency of datasets.
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and using data to propose scalable solutions.
• Analyzing operational data and creating dashboards for better decision-making.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with data engineers, software developers, and product managers on data-driven initiatives.

What LeddarTech is looking for:

• Academic or professional background in industrial engineering, operations, or process management.
• Interest in data-driven decision-making and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms (Nice to have).
• Working knowledge of SQL or a strong willingness to learn (Nice to have).
