Guerrilla is seeking a Principal Producer to lead its Cinematics team. The candidate will collaborate with creative minds to deliver unforgettable moments for players. The Principal Producer will be an essential partner to the cross-functional team, working closely with narrative, cinematic direction, and various production departments. He will help refine workflows, oversee timelines, and ensure every shot contributes to the storytelling. From managing resources to fostering collaboration across art, audio, VFX, and beyond, he will be the backbone of the team’s success.

• Leading daily operations of the Cinematics team, ensuring progress meets high standards.
• Partnering with creative and technical leadership to develop and execute production strategies.
• Championing innovation, driving the evolution of production pipelines.
• Coordinating reviews and feedback.
• Fostering collaboration across teams.
• Mentoring and guiding the cinematic production team.
• Identifying and mitigating risks.

• 7+ years of production experience in the games industry.
• Experience with Cinematics or related fields is prefered.
