Senior Producer at Guerrilla

Guerrilla is seeking a Senior Producer to lead its Cinematics team. The Senior Producer will collaborate with creative teams to deliver unforgettable in-game cinematic experiences. This role is based in Amsterdam and Guerrilla offers relocation and immigration support.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations of the Cinematics team and providing status reports.
• Developing and executing production strategies.
• Championing innovation in production pipelines.
• Coordinating reviews and feedback.
• Fostering collaboration across teams.
• Mentoring the cinematic production team.
• Identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of production experience in the games industry, preferably with a focus on Cinematics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for problem-solving.
