Senior Technical Producer at Guerrilla

Guerrilla is seeking a Senior Technical Producer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, the Senior Technical Producer will connect developers, engage in problem-solving, and help ship the best games possible using the Decima engine.Role responsibilities include:

• Running numerous teams and pipelines to support Decima engine development.
• Ensuring tech teams and projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Managing stakeholders and dependencies within the company and with external partners.
• Maintaining project schedules and status reports.
• Efficiently scheduling and running meetings.
• Contributing ideas for improvements to studio practices.

Requirements for this role include:

• 5+ years of experience as a Producer in the games industry.
• Experience working on technical teams and projects (e.g., Engine/Rendering, Tools).
• Experience with all stages of AAA game development.
• Ability to distill complex discussions into clear, actionable requirements.
• Passion for working with creative and talented individuals.
