Bluehole Studio, a game production studio known for its MMORPGs, is seeking a System/Balance Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of a new Extraction RPG genre, pushing the boundaries of PC, mobile, and console gaming.

Responsibilities:
- Planning systems for content expansion and service based on existing systems.
- Managing and improving the quality of content and balance.
- Predicting and analyzing user experiences in terms of combat/economic balance through gameplay and simulations.
- Analyzing user behavior based on play data and deriving improvements.
- Communicating with related departments.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing or live servicing mobile games.
- Enjoys various game genres, especially mobile RPGs.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to design and manage the balance of resources and rewards between content in the game.
- System analysis and design skills.
- Ability to accumulate data through repeated play and derive results.
Bonus Points:
- Experience developing with Unreal Engine.
- Experience in producing or heavily playing mobile RPGs or Extraction games.
