The company provides the business API platform "Plain" for enterprises and supports commercialization with agile methods, contributing to the creation of new corporate value by platforming commercial transactions. The products developed range from mall-type EC to OMO stores and marketplaces, with business phases spanning from launch to growth.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for creating an environment where engineers can thrive by developing engineering organizational structures and solving organizational issues.
