ROUTE06 is seeking a Customer Success Manager to contribute to customer success through its enterprise business API platform, Plain. This role involves onboarding, data-driven reporting, and issue identification, while leading internal and external improvements.

The Customer Success Manager at ROUTE06 will work with clients to ensure they are successful with the Plain platform. This involves a range of activities focused on driving engagement and value.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding customers to the Plain platform.
  • Providing product explanations and usage guidance to customers.
  • Extracting issues through hearings with users on site
  • Relaying customer inquiries and requests internally for improvements and feature development.
  • Creating and updating product documentation, guidelines, and FAQs.
  • Collaborating with data analysts, designers, product managers, and engineers to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Customer Success experience with SaaS products.
  • Interest in SaaS products.

Bonus:
