Farel, a San Francisco-based startup that is building the next-generation Operating System for airlines. They are seeking a Sales Regional Director to develop and execute sales strategies, monitor sales goals, and shape the company's strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Create sales materials and presentations.
  • Identify customer business needs and challenges.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales.
  • Manage and update the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Strong knowledge of software tools.
  • Prior sales experience in tech or/and airlines space.
  • Fast learning ability and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Deep understanding of best sales practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
