Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Create sales materials and presentations.
- Identify customer business needs and challenges.
- Negotiate agreements and close sales.
- Manage and update the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Polish and English.
- Strong knowledge of software tools.
- Prior sales experience in tech or/and airlines space.
- Fast learning ability and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Deep understanding of best sales practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
