Farther, a rapidly growing RIA combining expert advisors with technology, seeks an Onboarding Operations Associate. The candidate will be crucial in executing Farther's advisor and client onboarding process.

He/She will support transitions by managing operational workflows and ensuring accurate execution of financial operations. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in wealth management operations while contributing to the platform's growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing end-to-end onboarding operations for advisors.
  • Managing multiple conversion workflows and maintaining clear communication.
  • Processing and validating account transfers, asset movements, and documentation.
  • Acting as a point of contact for advisors and clients during the transition.
  • Coordinating with custodians and third-party vendors.
  • Supporting process improvements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on transition progress and potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in financial services operations.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management operational procedures.
  • Experience with custodian platforms and wealth management software.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a client-first approach.
