MetaLab is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead and elevate design quality on challenging projects. The Principal Product Designer will operate across creative disciplines, translating product strategy and brand emotion into thoughtful products.MetaLab needs someone who can craft the future of a company that creates products used by billions of people around the world.

• Setting the bar for design quality.
• Supporting designers and promoting inclusivity.
• Collaborating with the brand team to translate brand principles.
• Participating in research, strategy, and testing.
• Collaborating with engineers and product team members.
• Coaching and mentoring designers (optional).
• Share knowledge with design team at Metalab and beyond.

• Experience in collaborative, iterative, cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in UX, UI, and Motion design at a senior level.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• A track record of working across the product development cycle.
