Product Manager

Metalab is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development of exceptional products. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver outstanding products. This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of the product development process.

What the role involves:

• Collaborating with project leads to define product vision.
• Creating and maintaining the product roadmap.
• Participating in research phases to understand user needs.
• Leading requirements gathering and documentation.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Managing the team’s tasks and communicate plans.
• Creating and managing the backlog.
• Developing and managing project plans.

Requirements:

• Experience shipping multiple products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of working with startups and enterprise clients.
• Comfortable defining new processes.
• Comfortable scoping new initiatives.
