Jr. Project Manager at Kronos Research

The company is looking for a Jr. Project Manager to join their tech team in Taiwan. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between the tech team and traders, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution. This person will manage project timelines, allocate resources, and communicate clearly with both technical and trading personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects and tasks between tech & trading teams concurrently.
• Manage the ticket and project management systems.
• Understand the tasks and their urgency.
• Identify relevant stakeholders in the tech team and keep track of their project progress.
• Manage project timelines and monitor project progress.
• Communicate effectively with both traders and tech teams.
• Identify risks for various projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in relevant project management.
• Experienced in handling multiple projects or request tickets simultaneously.
• Full project experience from scratch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner and able to pick up necessary skills in a short period of time.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team (preferred).
• IT Application support background (preferred).
• Tech Spec presentation experience (preferred).
• Knowhow in tech documentation tools like, gitlab or jira.
