(Senior) Accounting/Finance Manager at Kronos Research

Kronos Research is seeking a (Senior) Accounting/Finance Manager to act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves coordinating statutory and tax audits, managing accruals, payroll accounting, and fixed assets, ensuring compliance with Taiwan Tax Law and Company Law. The candidate will oversee finance and accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee finance and accounting functions.
• Ensure timely delivery of monthly reports, tax returns, and transfer pricing reports.
• Drive statutory and tax audits.
• Manage accrual, payroll accounting, and fixed asset sub-ledger.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in Accounting, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Familiarity with Taiwan Tax Law and Company Law.
• Experience managing financial operations for multiple entities.
• Business proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
