Business Development Associate at Kronos Research

The company is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their Business Development Team. This role involves acting as the primary liaison with the company's partners and managing contract agreements, deal settlement processes, and other critical operational workflows to support the firm's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of client and partner contracts.
• Oversee all operational aspects of deal settlements.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in business development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, contract management, or deal settlement in the finance industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in the finance or quantitative trading space.
