UpKeep, a leading cloud-based Asset Operations Management software company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role is based in Brazil and offers the flexibility to work remotely.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with prospective customers. They will serve as the initial point of contact for the company, focusing on educating potential clients and arranging meetings to explore business-to-business collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized outreach campaigns via emails and calls
- Engage with prospects from various channels to qualify and set appointments for Account Executives
- Maintain active engagement with leads through strategic follow-ups
- Partner with marketing and product teams to deliver effective messaging
- Expand knowledge of industry and competitive landscape
- Build a solid understanding of sales process
- Coordinate with Account Executives for client status updates
- Update and maintain CRM database (Salesforce.com)
- Achieve monthly quotas of Sales Accepted Opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business (a plus)
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of inbound sales
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Comfortable making up to 50 phone calls per day
- High level of energy, drive, and enthusiasm
- Passion for technology
- Software sales experience (a plus)
