KRAFTON JAPAN is seeking a Publishing Manager to oversee the planning, operation, and management of its IPs in the Japanese market. This role is crucial for the successful publishing and live service operation of KRAFTON's existing and new IPs, tailored to the needs of Japanese users and the market. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain leadership experience and knowledge in the overall Japanese game business.
The Publishing Manager will be part of KRAFTON JAPAN's JP Publishing Department, which is responsible for domestic publishing of KRAFTON IPs.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring efficient and stable live service operations for existing IPs.
- Planning and managing annual and monthly business KPIs.
- Developing and executing marketing plans, including community and event management, to enhance fan loyalty and expand the user base.
- Conducting market research and analysis for new IPs in the domestic market.
- Planning and operating business and launch plans for new IPs.
- Planning and executing marketing plans tailored to the Japanese market and user needs for new IPs.
- Communicating actively and closely with HQ for efficient business planning and operation.
- Conducting study sessions and sharing information about Japanese user trends and market changes.
Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of game publishing (including marketing) for the Japanese market and users.
- Business-level Japanese communication skills.
- Experience and understanding of the Japanese game market, users, and culture.
- Data management and analysis skills for KPI analysis and management.
- Communication skills to manage internal and external collaborations.
