KRAFTON JAPAN, a subsidiary of the Korean company behind PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, is seeking an HR professional for its new development studio in Tokyo. This role will support the studio by handling a wide range of HR tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing payroll
• Handling attendance management
• Building and revising company policies
• Creating and revising regulations
• Coordinating with social insurance consultants
• Handling confidential information

Requirements:

• 4+ years of HR and labor management experience in a company with 50+ employees
• Experience in a global IT or gaming company (preferred)
• Ability to handle various HR tasks
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle sudden tasks in a fast-paced environment
