Telnyx is seeking a Content Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for creating and managing high-quality technical documentation to support developers in adopting APIs and integrating Telnyx products. The Content Engineer will help position Telnyx as a leader in developer experience within the communications infrastructure space.
In this role, the Content Engineer will:
- Own the voice of Telnyx's documentation.
- Create, edit, and maintain developer content for Voice, Messaging, Wireless, and SIP products.
- Translate complexity into clarity.
- Partner with product, engineering, and support teams.
- Act as an internal developer advocate.
- Lead the documentation strategy.
- Build and scale systems to keep content fresh and discoverable.
- Partner with Marketing & GTM teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a technical writing or developer advocacy role.
- Hands-on experience working with technical products.
- A portfolio of writing samples, documentation, or product content.
