Back end Engineer [Brazil]

Arena, a Silicon Valley startup building AI-powered communities, is seeking a Back End Engineer. They empower creators, publishers, and brands, serving over 2,000 customers across 150 countries, including Disney, Reuters, and the NFL. Responsibilities:

• Impact app and API service speed, scalability, and flexibility.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on AI-powered features.
• Design and build AI Agents, RAG pipelines, model fine-tuning and crawling.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a backend developer.
• Experience with high-traffic and high-performance applications.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, TDD, BDD, or ATDD.
• Experience with REST APIs, MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB, or other document database.
• Curious developer experiments with AI and AI agents everyday.
