Job Description
Arena, a Series A company backed by top-tier investors, is seeking a Product Manager in Brazil. The Product Manager will be responsible for supporting customers, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution, and launching products with AI features. They will run the end-to-end product lifecycle of Arena initiatives, create and execute roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers.
- Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution.
- Launching products in the market with AI features.
- Creating use-cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing requests.
- Developing competitive expertise.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of product experience, preferably in a SaaS platform software.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education.
- Knowledge of LLM, Generative AI technologies, RAG applications and agents.
- Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.
- Advanced English (both written and spoken).
