Arena, a Series A company backed by top-tier investors, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for their Brazil-based remote team. - Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and self-service sign-ups.
- Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails (Outbound).
- Presenting the company to potential prospects.
- Identifying prospect's needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
- Setting up meetings between customers and Sales Executives.
- Using discovery meetings to qualify prospects.
- Connecting current customer use cases to potential prospects' use cases.
- Participating in product feedback sessions.
Requirements include:
- 1-3 years of BDR or Sales experience in SaaS, MarTech, or Marketing.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience working with SFDC.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English.
- Previous experience with Zoom Info and Sales Force is a plus.
