Arena, a Series A company backed by top-tier investors, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for their Brazil-based remote team. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teammates across multiple countries and contribute to a culture of ownership.   • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and self-service sign-ups.
  • Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails (Outbound).
  • Presenting the company to potential prospects.
  • Identifying prospect's needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
  • Setting up meetings between customers and Sales Executives.
  • Using discovery meetings to qualify prospects.
  • Connecting current customer use cases to potential prospects' use cases.
  • Participating in product feedback sessions.
Requirements include:
  • 1-3 years of BDR or Sales experience in SaaS, MarTech, or Marketing.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience working with SFDC.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Previous experience with Zoom Info and Sales Force is a plus.
