Arena, a Silicon Valley startup, is seeking a Business Development Representative in Brazil to build communities for creators, publishers, and brands using AI. With over 2,000 customers, including Disney and Red Bull, and a global presence, Arena offers a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

The role involves:

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and self-service sign-ups.
  • Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
  • Presenting Arena to potential prospects.
  • Identifying prospect's needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
  • Setting up meetings between customers and Sales Executives.
  • Using discovery meetings to qualify prospects.
  • Connecting customer use cases to potential prospects' use cases.
  • Participating in product feedback sessions.
  • Capable of short product demos.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of BDR or Sales experience.
  • SaaS, MarTech, or Marketing experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience working with SFDC.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience with Zoom Info and Sales Force (preferred).
