Arena, a Silicon Valley startup, is seeking a Publisher Account Executive for the Argentinian market. The company, backed by investors and serving clients like Disney and Reuters, is experiencing rapid growth in the AI space. The ideal candidate will drive revenue through publisher partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging with new AdTech/MarTech partners and clients.
- Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Structuring client workflows to optimize revenue and minimize losses.
- Updating the sales pipeline in Salesforce daily.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with publishers.
- Collaborating with internal teams like BDRs, marketing, and product.
- Tracking and reporting performance, analyzing sales metrics.
Requirements include:
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech platforms and publisher monetization.
- Relationships within the LATAM publisher market.
- Knowledge of publisher strategies and business models.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
