Arena, a fast-growing AI startup in Silicon Valley, is seeking a Publisher Account Executive for Colombia. The role involves identifying and engaging with new partners and clients in the AdTech/MarTech market, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The Account Executive will work with both inbound and outbound approaches, structuring client workflows to optimize revenue while minimizing potential losses. They will also maintain the sales funnel in Salesforce, negotiate contract terms, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities: - Generating leads and managing the sales cycle.

- Tracking and reporting performance, analyzing sales metrics.
- Evaluating ad placements, rates, and formats.
Requirements: - Experience with AdTech/MarTech and familiarity with native platforms, ad serving platforms, publisher alliances, and programmatic monetization.
- Experience working with publishers, content sites, media groups, app developers, tech companies, and networks in LATAM.
- Strong relationships within the publisher market and a robust network of contacts.
- Knowledge of publisher strategies, business models, and key challenges.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
