Arena, a startup created in Silicon Valley, is seeking a Publisher Account Executive for the Mexico region. The ideal candidate will focus on building communities for creators, publishers, and brands using AI. Arena's clients include major names such as Disney, Reuters, Fox, Red Bull, and NFL. The company has over 2,000 customers in 150 countries and more than 50 million users engaging with their AI Agent monthly.Role involves:
- Identifying and engaging with new partners in the AdTech/MarTech market.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Structuring client workflows to optimize revenue and minimize losses.
- Daily updating the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with publishers.
- Collaborating with BDRs, leadership, marketing, product, and support teams.
- Tracking and reporting performance, analyzing sales metrics, and providing feedback.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with AdTech/MarTech platforms and publisher partnerships
- Familiarity with programmatic monetization
- Strong relationships and network within the LATAM publisher market
- Knowledge of publisher strategies, business models, and challenges
- Proficiency in CRM systems like SalesForce and Hubspot
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
