Accountant (Accounts Payable)

Job Description

HoYoverse is seeking an Accountant (Accounts Payable) to join their Singapore finance team. This role will primarily focus on daily AP transactions, ensuring accuracy in recording and reporting, and supporting the company's financial interests.

• Verifying and processing payment requests
• Ensuring timely recording of invoices and receipts
• Ensuring accurate information and compliance with tax regulations
• Reviewing financial terms in contracts
• Evaluating balances of AP related accounts
• Addressing AP inquiries and training stakeholders
• Collaborating with other departments

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• At least 1 year of finance experience, preferably in a similar role
• Experience with invoice compliance and indirect tax (GST/VAT/WHT)
• Experience with contract review, especially financial terms
• Experience with accounting software (NetSuite preferred)
• Proactive team player with self-motivation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Good communication and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite fully
