Litigation Counsel

Job Description

HoYoverse is seeking a Litigation Counsel to provide legal services in contractual and commercial dispute resolution, IP litigation, and other compliance and risk mitigation areas. The role will be based in Singapore.Responsibilities:

• Employ alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Handle legal matters related to gaming services.
• Represent the company in IP disputes.
• Handle regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Provide strategic legal advice for internal clients.
• Manage relationships with external counsel.
• Stay abreast of legal developments.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized law school with a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the digital media and gaming industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing litigation cases and handling regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
