HoYoverse is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Manager to contribute to creating immersive virtual world experiences. The company values community engagement and encourages the sharing of passion for ACG. HoYoverse is known for games like Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a channel-user-scenario matching model in collaboration with project release operations and brand teams.
- Create standardized processes (SOPs) for managing multiple projects.
- Expand the capabilities of the in-house CRM system.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by introducing new practices such as AI, low-code content, and chatbots.
- Lead research on CRM innovations and apply findings to improve departmental performance.
- Support team development in data insights, system thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in large-scale CRM project management or precision marketing.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies in foreign markets.
- Experience in CRM processes, and expertise in user profiling and analysis.
- Strong ability to perform under pressure, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proven track record of driving results and successfully implementing business initiatives.
- Passionate about gaming, with a strong understanding of overseas gaming markets.
