Job Description
HoYoverse is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Manager to enhance its CRM capabilities and drive user engagement. The individual will collaborate with project and brand teams to develop a channel-user-scenario matching model, create standardized processes for project management and optimize the in-house CRM system. He will introduce new practices such as AI and chatbots, and research CRM innovations to improve departmental performance. The ideal candidate should also support team development and demonstrate leadership in data insights and cross-cultural communication skills.
What this role involves: - Developing a channel-user-scenario matching model
- Creating standardized processes for managing multiple projects
- Expanding the capabilities of the in-house CRM system
- Introducing new practices such as AI, low-code content, and chatbots
- Leading research on CRM innovations
- Supporting team development in data insights, system thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in large-scale CRM project management or precision marketing
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies in foreign markets
- Experience in CRM processes, and expertise in user profiling and analysis
- Strong ability to perform under pressure, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Proven track record of driving results and successfully implementing business initiatives
- Passionate about gaming, with a strong understanding of overseas gaming markets
