AI Product Management Intern

Job Description

HoYoverse is seeking an AI Product Management Intern to join their team in Singapore. The intern will play a key role in creating immersive virtual world experiences for users. They will be expected to conduct user research, design prototypes, and collaborate with R&D teams to optimize AI solutions.Role involves:

• Conducting user research to identify pain points.
• Designing MVP prototypes using Figma/Miro.
• Building closed-loop user feedback systems.
• Collaborating with R&D teams to optimize AI solutions.
• Driving alignment across engineering, data science, and business units.
• Developing comprehensive product documentation.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in AI, Computer Science, HCI, or related technical fields.
• Demonstrate ability to uncover latent needs through behavioral analysis.
• Understand cross-cultural product adoption patterns.
• Hackathon/startup experience preferred.
• Master emerging AI tools within compressed timelines.
• Hands-on experience in all stages of the AI product lifecycle from concept validation to deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL/Python for deriving quantitative insights to drive product decisions.
• Prior experience in AI product management roles is highly preferred.
