Data Analyst - Honkai: Star Rail - Fresh Grad

HoYoverse is seeking a Data Analyst for their Honkai: Star Rail team in Singapore. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in providing product analysis to aid decision-making and ensure the smooth long-term operation of the product. This involves establishing and enhancing data monitoring and analyzing systems.Role Responsibilities:

• Providing data support to product design
• Operational analysis
• Content effect evaluation
• Player behavior analysis
• Community opinions analysis through data analysis or mathematical modeling

Requirements:

• Loyal game players with a basic understanding of the gaming industry
• Familiarity with various video games; extensive gameplay experience with HoYoverse Games is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Python, or SAS)
• Familiarity with common data mining models (clustering, regression, decision tree)
• Sensitivity to data, strong learning ability, logical and analytical capabilities, and project execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese
