Graduate Agronomist at Dodgshun Medlin

Dodgshun Medlin is seeking a Graduate Agronomist to join their team in Swan Hill. The successful candidate will assist clients in planning and executing crop strategies from sowing to harvest. Dodgshun Medlin is a blend of agronomists, accountants, tax, finance, risk, and wealth specialists, working together to create seamless planning for enterprise farming.

The Graduate Agronomist will work in various agricultural roles to expand their knowledge, scout for potential pests and diseases, participate in field trials, assist in preparing for client visits, ensure accurate data recording, compile client reports, and assist in field days and crop walks.

Requirements:

• Completed or be about to complete an Agribusiness/Ag Science degree with a broadacre focus
• Strong affinity with the land
• Interested in developing an agronomic specialisation
• Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
• Ethical, community-minded, and accepting of a diverse, inclusive workplace
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to interface with ultra-modern tech
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
