Job Description
AutoScout24 Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their B2B team. This role involves leading the user experience from conception to launch, contributing to strategic decisions, and translating research insights into new ideas. The Senior Product Designer will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment, with office presence required twice a week in either Munich or Berlin.
What this role involves:
- Leading and overseeing the user experience of a product from conception to launch.
- Contributing to strategic decisions around the future direction of AutoScout24 products.
- Translating analysis and research insights into new ideas and concepts.
- Facilitating strategic conversations and meetings to drive progress against goals.
- Representing design in various forums with product and engineering teams.
- Contributing to the design community.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of in-house experience as a Product Designer in a software development environment for e-commerce/marketplaces.
- Strong UX design skills showcased in a portfolio.
- Experience in mentoring less seasoned designers.
- Strong communication & facilitation skills, written and verbal.
- Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions.
- Experience working directly with Visual and Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Writers.
- Experience developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
