AutoProff, part of the AutoScout24 Group, is seeking an Automotive Auction Specialist to join their team in Padua, Italy. This role is essential for ensuring the success of auctions and the platform by serving as a key point of contact for customers throughout the auction process.
The Automotive Auction Specialist will work closely with Sales and Customer Support to maintain a unified approach to customer service. This person will monitor auction progress, optimize transactions, and support customer complaint resolution.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a point of reference for customers during the auction process.
- Ensuring quick and accurate definition of auction and guaranteed prices.
- Daily monitoring of auction progress to optimize transactions.
- Working in a team to to achieve operational targets.
- Supporting and managing customer complaints.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Knowledge of the automotive market.
- Background in the automotive market (dealerships, automakers, or consulting).
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- A systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with digital tools.
- Good time management and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English.
