AutoProff is seeking a Buyer Success & Car Trading Specialist to join their Benelux team. This role focuses on enhancing user experience and driving B2B sales across borders, specifically targeting the French and Wallonian markets. The role can be based in France or Belgium, with regular travel to the Dutch office in Zwolle.
Role involves:
Setting up and managing new and existing accounts mainly in France and Wallonia.
Guiding customers through the purchase process.
Growing the customer base and engaging existing customers.
Managing customer contact in BE Wallonia and France.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Actively approaching customers for auctions.
Facilitating post-sale transactions of cars both nationally and internationally.
Reviewing listings to ensure high quality in the auction list and Marketplace.
Ensuring the right buyers for the cars auctioned.
Following up and taking ownership of Buyer Success for Benelux.
Requirements:
Energetic and enjoy taking initiative and pioneering.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Commercial drive.
Good communication skills and fluency in English and French.
Willingness to learn new things and develop skills.
Experience with car sales (preferably import/export) (nice to have).
Solid network within the car sales industry (nice to have).
