The role involves optimizing customers' used car business through digital tools, working within a dynamic Customer Success team.   • Proactively calling dealers and identifying needs.
  • Setting priorities based on the Customer Journey, e.g. onboarding new customers.
  • Providing feedback to the organization to improve customer experience.
  • Ensuring an optimal customer experience and long-term customer relationships.
  • Recognizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Working within existing structures and making improvements.
  • Handling challenges in outbound service calls with confidence and a solution-oriented approach.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Care, or other customer-facing roles.
  • A completed education, degree, or experience in sales to support an analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of digital media and an understanding of the latest market trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting on the phone/Zoom.
  • Independent way of working.
  • Team player.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Native French or Dutch with a very good knowledge of the other official language; English is an advantage.
