The role involves optimizing customers' used car business through digital tools, working within a dynamic Customer Success team. - Proactively calling dealers and identifying needs.
- Setting priorities based on the Customer Journey, e.g. onboarding new customers.
- Providing feedback to the organization to improve customer experience.
- Ensuring an optimal customer experience and long-term customer relationships.
- Recognizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Working within existing structures and making improvements.
- Handling challenges in outbound service calls with confidence and a solution-oriented approach.
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Care, or other customer-facing roles.
- A completed education, degree, or experience in sales to support an analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of digital media and an understanding of the latest market trends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting on the phone/Zoom.

- Native French or Dutch with a very good knowledge of the other official language; English is an advantage.
