Gruppo AutoScout24, a leader in the Digital Automotive sector, is seeking a Hybrid Sales Consultant to join their team in Milan. This is a full-time position with a focus on managing and developing an assigned portfolio through both phone and field activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • New business development with prospects
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Daily CRM updates

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Preferably one or more years of experience in a structured environment
  • Experience interacting with clients and prospects
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum B1 level)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work towards goals in a team
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
