AutoProff, a leading European digital dealer-to-dealer trading platform and part of the AutoScout24 Group, is seeking a Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist to join their team in Padova, Italy. This role will be crucial in selling AutoProff's products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer engagement on the platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contacting prospects via telephone and email.
  • Showcasing AutoProff's solutions.
  • Tracking progress with new prospects using CRM software.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers to maintain engagement.
  • Conducting in-person or virtual visits to understand customer needs.
  • Providing tailored solutions.
  • Reporting weekly sales goals to the manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, sales, or customer success (automotive industry is a plus).
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and proactive approach to managing multiple accounts.
  • Understanding of data analysis.
