Job Description

GoFundMe is seeking an Analytics Manager to join their Data Insights team. This role involves leading a team of data analysts and spearheading the Business Intelligence initiative. The Analytics Manager will be responsible for building scalable reporting systems, developing data governance processes, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and mentoring a team of data analysts.
• Developing and executing a data strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Designing and implementing scalable reporting systems.
• Developing and enforcing data governance processes.
• Identifying and optimizing inefficient workflows.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to scope projects and deliver BI solutions.
• Leveraging data insights for organizational change.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Expertise in Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools (Looker a plus).
• Experience managing Business Intelligence tools/systems.
• Expert data visualization skills.
• SQL Proficiency and knowledge of relationship databases.
• Experience scaling reporting, information architecture, and data governance/quality.
• Basic knowledge of ETL best practices.
• Experience working cross functionally with stakeholders.
