Senior Data Scientist

Job Description

GoFundMe is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their team and contribute to the future of giving through data-driven decision-making. This role involves working with a team to drive impact through insights and advanced analytics.Candidates considered for this role will be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and will be required to work in the office 3 times a week.Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact projects from ideation to delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to various teams.
• Drive product strategy by delivering forward-looking insights.
• Own the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests.
• Build and deploy Foundational Models.
• Partner cross-functionally to uncover new analytical opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product data science, analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Expertise in formulating and executing multivariate and A/B tests.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with statistical and machine learning methods.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage business requests.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
