Job Description

GoFundMe, the world's largest fundraising platform, is seeking a Trust and Safety Analyst II to join its dedicated team in Warsaw, Poland. This role is crucial in protecting customers from fraud and ensuring the safe delivery of funds. The Trust and Safety Analyst II will work closely with Customer Operations and Communications teams to maintain the integrity of the platform.Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality email and phone support to customers.
• Proactively vet fundraisers and interpret content.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Payment Risk, and Legal teams.
• Identify trends and handle escalations.
• Improve internal processes and systems.
• Provide security feedback to the Product Team.
