HyperionDev is seeking a Director of University Partnerships to lead and manage strategic relationships with universities globally. The Director will report to the CEO and oversee a distributed team, focusing on expanding the company's impact in higher education and aligning collaborations with organizational goals. HyperionDev is a technology education scaleup that partners with universities to deliver technical courses.

- Overseeing the execution of partnership projects from start to finish.
- Managing a distributed team of professionals.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external university stakeholders.
- Establishing a framework for monitoring and evaluating partnership initiatives.
- Refining partnership strategies in response to market trends and institutional needs.
- Providing insights into partnership opportunities and strategies for growth.
Requirements for the position include:
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team of business development professionals tasked with partnering with universities to launch educational offerings.
- At least 5 years of experience as a business development professional working with universities.
- Strong business acumen and strategic analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- An undergraduate degree in business, management, law, or a relevant field.
