- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for university partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of partnership projects.
- Manage a distributed team of professionals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish a framework for monitoring and evaluating partnership initiatives.
- Refine partnership strategies based on market trends and institutional needs.
- Act as a key advisor to the executive team.
- Minimum 3 years experience leading a team of business development professionals partnering with universities.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a business development professional specifically working to pitch or account manage partnerships with universities to launch educational offerings
- Strong business acumen.
- Highly skilled at strategic analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in business, management, or a related field.
