Director of University Partnerships

Job Description

HyperionDev seeks a Director of University Partnerships to lead and manage strategic relationships with universities globally. The Director will report to the CEO and oversee a distributed team, focusing on expanding HyperionDev's impact in higher education.

Role involves:

• Developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for university partnerships.
• Overseeing partnership projects from start to finish.
• Managing a distributed team of professionals.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Establishing a framework for monitoring and evaluating partnership initiatives.
• Refining partnership strategies in response to market trends.
• Advising the executive team on partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team focused on university partnerships.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with universities to launch educational offerings.
• Strong business acumen, strategic analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Undergraduate degree in business, management, law, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience leading career acceleration partnerships with universities in the US and abroad.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a high-growth, tech-focused environment or ed-tech.
