The Senior Learning Designer will play a key role in content creation, quality assurance, and implementing changes to existing courses. They will also write content for new courses and technical assessments, ensuring alignment with accreditation requirements and staying updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating new learning content
  • Implementing changes to existing courses
  • Improving the quality of bootcamps
  • Ensuring content alignment to accreditation requirements
  • Reviewing and overhauling existing courses
  • Designing the flow of new courses and creating new material
  • Ensuring that the academic integrity of the content is maintained
  • Researching new and updated concepts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning Design
  • Experience in writing and editing technical work
  • Ability to review, analyse, and identify areas of weakness and strength in content
  • Proactivity, fast learner with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter who can drive projects forward with minimal supervision
  • An interest in gaining experience and advancing the future of coding education
