The role involves managing customer relationships, assisting in defining admissions strategies, and optimizing team metrics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about emerging technologies and have a proven track record in solution-based consultation.

Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with qualified leads to advise on course choices and enrollment
  • Employing a consultative approach to guide customers through their education
  • Working towards KPIs and exceeding admissions targets
  • Maintaining strong long-term customer relationships
  • Training junior admissions staff
  • Ensuring effective completion of admissions-related administration
  • Collaborating with other teams to optimize enrollments
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Monitoring competitors and identifying new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years exposure to the tech industry in South Africa
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience in a closing role
  • 1+ years of experience working through complex sales cycles
  • 2+ years track record of meeting revenue targets and performance quotas
  • Experience managing an accurate pipeline and reporting from a CRM
  • Ability to record productivity and maintain sales CRM systems
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and positive attitude with an interest in education and online learning
