Job Description

Majority Mobile Banking is seeking a Team Leader in New York City. The Team Leader will be responsible for building and motivating a high-performing team focused on sales and community engagement within the migrant community.

The role involves:

• Forming and motivating a results-oriented team.
• Establishing meaningful relationships within the migrant community.
• Implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
• Sharing data with the Sales Manager.

Requirements for this role include:

• Residency in New York City
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or operational management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Spanish, preferably with English proficiency.
